The only flight training simulator in France in Concorde is open to the public as a collector's item while awaiting return to service, a challenge launched by the Virtu'Ailes association. This first flight simulator of a “modern” design was installed at the Aéroformation center in Blagnac in 1975. It was transferred to Air France premises in Roissy and used for crew training until the end of the commercial flights of Concorde in 2003.
