CONFERENCE   "The supersonic of the future, an opening towards new applications"

3:30 p.m. - Led by Professor Yves Gourinat, Professor at ISAE-SUPAERO University of Toulouse and correspondent of the Air and Space Academy.

Public: All public

Duration: 45 min / Free workshop (included in the admission price)

The civil supersonic of the future is an exciting challenge for two reasons. Firstly technologically, the systems that will have to be developed to produce and certify this aircraft in accordance with environmental requirements will benefit the entire aeronautical sector and particularly the decarbonization of aviation, precisely by the height of the challenge (which will be mentioned , technically). But it is in terms of business aviation that the approach is most interesting. In this niche market, the supersonic can and must find a place linked on the one hand to emergency services on the planet but also - and this is more original - to diplomacy and international exchanges which may require such services. punctual in person. Thus, the future could see the emergence of realistic supersonic aircraft programs.
