A COLLECTION OF GREAT WEALTH, WITNESS OF EXCEPTIONAL HERITAGE TOULOUSAIN
The collection is full of legendary aircraft intimately linked to the history of Toulouse and its region, such as Caravelle, Concorde, the Airbus 300B or Super Guppy.
Military aircraft, planes dedicated to business transport, scientific research or leisure are also presented.
In total, there are more than 25 planes that the public can (re) discover and even visit!
The tour begins with the Passer'Aile boarding pass decorated with bright graphics on the "Man's Dream of Flying", which leads to 4.5 meters in height on a gallery in the huge exhibition hall of 7 000 m².
In a single glance, the public can see the many planes on display and the 58-meter-long graphic fresco depicting the great aviation adventure from 1900 to today.
Visitors are invited to enter the huge volume of the "Super Guppy", the plane that transported large parts of Airbus across Europe. Inside, an introductory film is presented on the history of aviation in Toulouse.
Visitors continue their discovery by visiting the Concorde and the A300B. On the ground floor, they circulate freely between aircraft and can discover thematic, fun and interactive islands.
The tour ends outdoors, on the tarmac, where Caravelle, Concorde and the A400M are on display.
